I realize that it has been a long time since the last post. I am starting to realize that I'm not very good at this blogging thing. But as I am in the midst of graduating, I thought I'd start the momentum back up again and document my first few months out of college (and the trials that go along with it).
Graduated from Tisch at NYU today and had the honor of being the TSOA banner bearer. I got the chance to sit on stage with the deans and speakers...and eat free food with the faculty. Tomorrow is the general commencement at Yankee Stadium. Our commencement speaker? Alec Baldwin. Let's just hope that he shows up. Ah--there's also a chance (or certainty, rather) of rain. This will be fun.
Subletting a friend's apartment in East Village until mid-August, which will be a wonderful chance to figure out what I'm doing (...she adds with a nervous chuckle). At least it will be in the coolest neighborhood in Manhattan. Or at least I think so.
Where else can you sip a cappuccino and get tattooed at the same time? Don't worry Mom and Dad--I haven't done it!...or...eat at Chipotle while watching a hippie processional?...or...run into Alan Cummings getting into a cab?...or...the list goes on and on...
