Back in the Swing of Things

Get ready--the semester has started. And it's not going to be an easy one, either.

As it is the last semester, the dance majors are getting anxious to perform and graduate. Our next show is at the end of February and I will be performing in three works: two student pieces and Jim Sutton's comical murder mystery piece. For Jim's piece, I finally get the chance to dance and play the piano. It's going to be a light-hearted piece and I'm excited to perform it.

As for academics...
It seems that it might not be a super difficult semester. I'm finishing up my economics double major with Urban Economics and Corporate Finance. Not bad.

Along the job front--I'm trying to get in contact with dance faculty that could help me get a small time internship at performance spaces around the city. Symphony Space, BAM, Joyce (SoHo) or maybe even Carnegie or Lincoln Center affiliates. We'll see.
Trying to set up an appointment at Wasserman to talk about possible jobs related to business and economics (to pay the bills once out of college)...

That's all for now. Peace.
